Elayne Hettleman has been Executive Director of Leadership-Baltimore County since its launch in 1983. She has made Leadership-Baltimore County a successful program in the region, with over 700 members now participating in over 700 community organizations. Elayne's energy, enthusiasm and total commitment to the success of the program have made Leadership-Baltimore County an important asset to the entire community.
Elayne Hettleman is past President of the Board of Directors for the Maryland Association of Community College Trustees; Commissioner of the Baltimore County Arts and Sciences Commission; a Trustee for The Community College of Baltimore County; Regional Chair for the Association of Community College Trustees; a member of the Community Resource Board of the Junior League of Baltimore, past President of the Catonsville Community College Foundation, and a member of the Advisory Board for Literacy Works, Inc.
